1. Improved licensing, network licensing would be a huge improvement(back to the way Synchro 6 was licensed would be even better). Having to deal with Profile specific installs and emailing Trafficware support with a deactivation code when removing software has been a nightmare. Then also having to have individual license keys for each of our 40 users? How about at least a company CD key?

2. It is nice to see the software getting regular updates but notifying users with a pop-up when they open they software is far from ideal. Also, there seems to be no regular patch schedule seeing as one was just released 3 days after a previous patch(that all users were notified of). It would be nice to have a patch schedule and no pop-ups when using the software so updates can be managed and installed when approved.

I think these are fairly major from a technical and management standpoint and could be deal breakers for conitinuing to use Trafficware products.

The licensing should be improved for future revisions. There are many problems with connecting the licensing to a user name. If your user is out for the day or out sick for some time, no one else can use the program on that computer. Otherwise you need to jump through a bunch of hoops with your network administrator or call up trafficware to deactivate a license.
