How about the option of saving or printing reports as a PDF? That way I could email them rather than printing, scaning or faxing.

Do you have a PDF printer on your computer? There are free ones available. Because Synchro does not remember print settings well, I usually set my default printer to PDF and set the settings to print two pages on one. Works very well for me. Plus it saves forests of trees for all those times when I accidentally hit "Print" instead of "Preview."
