can somebody tell me why the license key for synchro is not acceptable for 3DViewer? Where
can I get the license key for 3DViewer? there
is only one paper with the license key in my
package.

Make sure you ordered either Synchro Studio 7 or the 3D Viewer add on. If you didn't, 3D will run in a "demo" version. Call or e-mail Trafficware: http://www.trafficware.com/about.html
