I am analysizing a TWLTL scenario with the NB & SB movements being stop controlled and the EB/WB being free. The TWLTL is in the EB/WB direction. Should I configure the EB/WB left-turn as a separate lane or as a shared lane with the thru movement? I assume at the moment that it should be a separate lane and that it would utilize the TWLTL? Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks
