I remember seeing in the old forum a question dealing with two way left turn lanes. Could you remind me if the simulation of a TWLTL is possible in Synchro/SimTraffic? Thanks.

There is no way to create a center left turn lane in Synchro or SimTraffic that will allow left turn traffic from both directions. The best way to code this would be to simply place an unsiganlized intersection at your driveway locations with a left turn bay off of the mainline roadway for traffic turning in.
