How can i code a delayed green phase for simtraffic simulation during Actuated mode.

I did this by coding a "hold" phase in the same ring and barrier as the corresponding through phase. (ie: if phase 6 is the through movement, I coded phase 5 as the hold phase)

I then set the detector phase for the through movement to also call the hold phase. This way whenever the through movement is called, the hold phase will also be called before the through movement. If you are using this with an LPI, you can code an exclusive pedestrian phase in the other ring, so it will run concurrently (overlap) with the hold phase and through movement.

Thanks for your quick reply. Actually i did it as a pedestrian phase. Hold phase never sticked though its next to it.
