I was wondering if someone could please inform me about the volume data file. From what I have read from the help file, I gather that one can have a data file with several time intervals for each intersection, each interval having its own unique volume data. My question is, "Does the traffic volume in interval 2 replace the existing traffic volume in the network, or does it just add the traffic volume from interval 2 to the existing traffic already present in the network." I believe that the new traffic volume just gets added to the network, but I would like to be sure. Thanking you in advance for your assistance.
