When creating reports in Sim Traffic 6, what is the 'Comparison Report' (prompts user
to 'Select Files for Comparison Report'?

When you see this dialog, it is asking you to select the files you want to compare. Just choose the ones you want to compare side by side (2 or more). The network and/or arterial measures will be shown side by side in columns for you to compare.

When performing multiple runs, SimTraffic is not saving run files in a directory (ie, no filename-run number.hst). Any ideas?

Hmmm.... you might want to search your drive to see if any HST files exist. You will also want to avoid special characters in your filename (such as a '-'). Finally, check your build against the download at www.trafficware.com/downloads.aspx. You can see your build with the command Help>About.
