In the software manual, it notes that general parameters can generally be used if inputting from Synchro. I guess my question is that under default condition, will the simulation always show the 95th percentile queue? Thanks.
Basically, the answer is yes. The 95th Queue is equal to the Average Queue plus 1.65 standard devidations. The Average Queue is the average of 2 minute maximums. If you had a simulation of less than 2 minutes, the Average Queue would be NA and then the 95th would also be NA.
