When I request a static graphic for queues in Sim Traffic, some times the queues back up past the end of the link, and I get a large color square which is not represented by the legend. I am assuming it is associated with the congestion levels 1-7 found under Options/Map Settings/Static Graphics. Is my assumption correct? If so is there any more detailed informations on these congestion levels?

Hi Pat,

When an upstream link is blocked, the queues will calculate a percent of time the upstream link is blocked. It does so by looking at a hot-spot that is placed at the end of the link. To see info on these hot-spots, you can perform a Help file search on "Hot-spot".

The color coding indicates the percent of time that blocking occurs. To see the lengend for color-coding of these blocking hot-spots, choose the Static Graphic "% of Time Blocked".
