It is understood the delay (seconds/vehicle)calculated by SimTraffic is different in many ways from the HCM control delay. SimTraffic intentionally does not report a LOS.
However we are asked often to show LOS with a SimTraffic analysis. (Introducing Synchro delay will only add confusion.) Do you have a good way to explain this discrepencies without add much confusion? |
