I would like to inquire about SimTraffic if I run the network first time in SimTraffic it will give differnt simulation if I run it 2nd and 3d time please if you have soultion for that let me to know

This is not unexpected. You will want to run your model mutliple times and then average the results.

In addition to John's comment. if your seed number is 0 you will get different simulation every time. Version 6 gives you the option for averaging. Go to Options-Interval and volume in simtraffic to choose seed number and Animate-Record multiple run for running multiple times.
