I am currently seeing a situation in Simtraffic where most of the vehicles entering the network on a 4 lane section are using 1 lane. I have improved the situation by adjusting the positioning factors, but I am curious as to if this may be a loading issue with Simtraffic at the entry links?

This is likely do to what is happening downstream. This can even due to turns well into the network. So, you might try the following:

* Increase your entry link length
* Change lane change values at other critical downstream links.
