I have an Synchro window that is showing a queue length of 0 meters at a typical intersection. Are there any reasons why the 50th queue length is zero?
Thanks, Ken C |

Hi Ken,
If you have a coordinated system, it could happen (albeit rare). If arrivals from the upstream intersection are arriving at the right time, they may not actually queue up, therefore a queue of zero. In particular, if your street of interest has a short side-street split. If you think there is a problem and would like use to look at it, please feel free to send this to us at support.
