Is ther a way to modify the intersection path, or at least assign which lanes diverge with lane adds? I'd like to be able to put an option lane in the middle of a 3 lane road as it expands to 4 lanes, as the left 2 become a double left turn lane.

Eric,
there is no way to alter the intersection paths in SimTraffic. The intersection paths are based on the way you code the respective intersection geometry.

We are considering more control over this in the future.

Thanks Jeff. For the most part, SimTraffic does a good job of putting the cars in the right place on the intersection paths, but the above is only one example of where more user control would enhance the program. I'm sure others have experienced the simulated car waiting to turn left across more than 1 lane of traffic! Aside from highway analysis for synchro and a better method of installing metered ramps, I'd place intersection path high on my request list.
