Trying to model a corridor that includes a school zone through part of the peak hour. Any ideas on how to model the 15mph school zone while the remaining corridor is posted 35mph?

Is there any way to do this without making the entire link 15mph? The school zone only occurs 30 minutes of the AM peak hour (AM peak is 7-8am, school zone is 7:30-8:30). I'm assuming that this alternative would make the link 15mph during the 7-7:30 time frame when the flasher isn't active. Thoughts?

You can use a database file to vary certain parameters over the course of a simulation. However, if I'm correct, the only things you can adjust with a database are signal timing and volumes. I don't think link settings are something you can adjust.
Eric is correct. The volumes and timings can be read from a data file. However, the speed is set for the scenario and can't be changed during the simulation. There is no direct way to do this; and I really can't think of a good "trick" for this one.
