I am using Synchro 7 and SimTraffic 7 to complete a queueing study for interstate work zone lane closures. The area of interstate has a percent heavy vechicles of 50%. I selected 50% for the network I created in Synchro, but it does not appear that 50% of the vechicles in the SimTraffic 7 simulation are heavy vechicles, infact, very few were heavy vechicles. Is there a setting in SimTraffic 7 that needs to be changed in addition to the Synchro 7 settings? If not, what are other causes to this issue?

If you set this in the Network Settings window, you will need to click on "Set All" button to make this effective on all of the links. Otherwise, this is just a default for future links created in Synchro/SimTraffic.

If you set this for the particular link using the "Volume Settings" window, then there shouldn't be anything else you need to do in SimTraffic. Inputing 50% for heavy vehicles will show 50% heavy vehicles in SimTraffic aswell.
