I have a scenario to add lanes approaching an intersection. The lanes should be added on the inside (next to median) as they become left turn lanes at the downstream intersection.
Using a bend node, SimTraffic adds lanes on the outside. I was able to change the lane alignment but i want to know if we can do something to have lanes on the inside. Any help is appreciated. Thanks |

Hi Ravi,
In addition to the Lane Alignment, you'll want to adjust the Median Width and Link Offset settings to get the right "look". Thanks, John. John Albeck Trafficware |

Ravi, if they become left turn lanes, can't you simply use the "storage length" in the lane window to make the lanes?
Also, under simulation settings, you can adjust the bay taper length to fit your background image (if you're using one) better. Eric Caltrans |
