Is there a performance measure that tells me how many vehicles exit an approach? The "Vehicles Exited" performance measure tells me how many vehicles exit the approach entering the intersection, right? For example, if Node 1 is my external link and Node 2 is my intersection, the "Vehicles Exited" number tells me how many vehicles exited Link 1-2 (i.e., entered the intersection), right?. Is there something that tells me how many vehicles enter Link 2-1 (i.e., exited the intersection towards external Node 1)?

You are correct in the definition of Vehicles Exited. To get this for node 1, check the box to 'List Exits and Bends' in the Create Report dialog. This is below the 'Section/Columns' choice.
