Based on the definition of total delay calculated by SimTraffic...

Total Delay = Total Travel Time - Travel Time With No Other Vehicles or Traffic Control Devices

...Does this total delay include geometric delay? I'm assuming it doesn't but wanted to verify.

Update: Just did a quick check by modifying the link speeds and had much greater delays with higher link speeds. So...I assume then that Total Delay from SimTraffic includes geometric delay?

I believe the delay in sim traffic is the difference between the actual travel time, and the theoretical travel time at the link speed.
