In many cases ,the bus get into or get out from the bus station will impact the through vehicles heavily, so can the Simtraffic simulate the bus operate on the link that can show the bus block the traffic flow? Thanks!

I do not think there is any straight forward way to do that in synchro. Reason, if the station is unsignalized, the buses should yield the major street and wait to find a gap. What you can do is add a semi actuated signal with real long cycle length and make the station driveway as your side street. Put 100% as your heavy vehicle percentage. Put max in the recall for major street through. Change the truning speed set lower than default for the driveway.
I am assuimg the bus station access driveway is a regular driveway (no preemption/priority). Sometimes the buses just moving in and out hampering the major street.

To add to Jahids comments, SimTraffic doesn't explictly model bus operations. So, you can't have a bus stop in a lane and block traffic. But, this is being looked at for the future.
