Hello John, could you help me. My costummer wants a technical reference about open a new intersection in a Boulevard. Exist any international factor that tells me the amount of vehicles (in percentage) from the nearest existing intersetion to the new one. Or if exist another way to know if you can open a new intersection in a boulevard. Thanks

I'm sorry, I can't really point you to any direct reference on a situation such as this. It seems to be very case specific and good judgement might be required. Maybe you could find some information from ITE regarding this. Maybe other individuals looking at this post will have some good tips for you.
