Does Synchro have a mechanism for adding a passing blister where there is a left hand turn on a two-lane highway? Is it as simple as adding two nodes upstream and downstream of the left hand turn in order to add an additional thru lane?

That is what I would do. I know I have used nodes to turn a four lane highway into a two lane highway not near and intersection. Let me know if that works (or worked) for you.
