Hi,

I am a new user, trying to find how much length would be sufficient for a dedicated left turn bay. SimTraffic Queuing and Blocking report says maximum queue for the same movement is 74 ft. where as Synchro’s 95th queue length for that movement is 30ft.

Should I use 30ft or 74ft.

There is always a debate whether synchro is better or simtraffic is better. trafficware is not giving any judgment on that. and it makes sense. every jurisdiction has its own prefernce regarding software. what is yours?
simtraffic will give you the 95th queue also. what is the minimum turn bay length accepted in your jurisdiction. if it is 75' or more, then you do not have a problem.
