What adjustments should be made for dirt roads? My initial assumption is to lower the ideal saturation flow rate. However, I am not sure by how much or if there is a better solution.

Maybe some others will have more experience with this, but it seems like the best adjustment is the Saturation Flow. For a case like this, it is probably a good idea to get a field study of the saturation flow to justify the adjustments.
