Hi All,
I am coding a huge Synchro model for static as well as for simulation purposes. Local agency requires actual Right Turn on Red (RTOR) to be modeled at the signalized intersections. I know that actual RTOR saturation flow rate could be computed by using formula given in help file. Since this computation is based on red time and cycle length, I will have to go back and change the RTOR SFR when optimized. Is there any other way to model actual number of RTOR? Moreover, We are not supposed to reduce right-turn volumes by RTOR. Please advise. Thanks, Chirag |
