Problem 1: When I load my .dxf file as a background into Synchro 7, only the CAD lines show up and the image does not. I have CAD 2k8.
Problem 1a: It is a MrSID image, so I try to convert it using the convert in Sychro 7, and a DOS screen appears and disappears, (to fast to read) and then it creates a 0 MB file. My MrSID files are quit large (1.5GB), so I am assuming that is the answer to this problem.
Don't forget to set a scale value to the right of the convert option. I'd try something high the first time just to see what you end up with for your dimensions and file size.
If you have any other programs to convert a sid file, I'd use that. Especially if you can crop out what you don't need.
I have tried setting the scale to different values and still the same end result. I guess I will be looking for a MrSID convertor. Thanks for the help though.
