Is there a way to code Peak Seasonal Conversion Factor to adjust the volumes in Synchro?

Synchro can directly read the TMC's from the .Vol file (exported from the petra pro TMC software) , but is there a way to adjust these raw counts taking into account the Peak Seasonal Conversion Factor?

Regards,
Ramesh

Hi Ramesh,

One method would be to simply use the Growth Factor in Synchro. You can go to Options>Network-Settings and do this by Network or Zone.

Another option with more setup would be to export your Petra data to a format that you could open with a spreadsheet. This could then be formatted to the UTDF Volume.csv format. When it is in the spreadsheet, you could perform your calculations there.

To see a sample volume.csv file, simply take any file and Write out a Volume.csv file.

Thanks,

John.

Thanks for your inputs. Yeah I figured out that Petra has the option of inputting the Peak Hour Seasonal Conversion Factors by daily and monthly basis.

Thanks,
Ramesh
