Can a file that has been converted from Synchro to Corsim, be edited in Corsim. Also, can it be edited using TRAFED.

Sure, you can do this. Synchro simply creates the TRF file. Not only can it be edited with the CORSIM editors, most of the time you will be required to do this. Synchro does a good job of getting most data in the TRF file, but you may need to tweak this or add data for meet your needs for CORSIM.
